I am an Italian mother, who decided to migrate into USA, in 2003 to give my children a better education. To make a long story short, my older Italian son, that was in the USA with a student Visa, after graduating from a vocational school in Orlando, had to go back to our last Country of residence, because it was impossible to find a sponsor for him. I filed for his green card in 2005, but in the meantime, he married his long time sweetheart, loosing his priority. So I have to file, for him, again. In order to do so, I became an American Citizen in 2011 and that gave me the right to file, for him, as “married son” ( he is the same son to me, what is the difference?). Now, they are processing cases filed in 2003 ..How can be possible that, as a mother, I have to wait more then 8 (eight) years to have my son living with me or near me?? That is an insult to all the mothers! Thank you for listening .. Rossella
