My definition of an american is someone who passionately believes in the constitution. Someone who believes it should be upheld for every individual, not only the wealthy. The core values that I believe make someone american are as follows: the belief that everyone is created equal, the belief that a person is innocent until proven guilty, the belief that everyone should be given equal opportunities, the belief that everyone deserves to live peacefully and freely as long as they are not causing willful injury to someone else. My America is compassionate, tolerant, friendly, respectful, and celebrates the differences in everyone that make this country so beautiful.
