Hello My name is Maira, I came to this country when i was 16, when i was 18 my mom applied for her green card thru her marriage and put my name at the application. At the time of the interview the officer at immigration crossed my name sayint that my mom couldn’t apply for me because i was 18. At the time she didn’t have a lawyer because was too expensive, so we trusted the immigration officer, so now we know that wasn’t true. The age limito was 21. So now I am back in process for the waiver I-601A, which i just got my letter saying they are denying my process. I trust in GOD, and I will fight every second I have to prove that i was able to have a green card 10 years ago. I am fighting with all my power to prove and I will.
