I was born in America as were my parents and grandparents, before and long ago my family came to America from Scotland and Ireland for a piece of the dream. Whether we are better off for having done so cannot be determined, but it is clear to me that MY America has lost it’s way where immigration and corporate influence in government are concerned. Very strange behavior for a country built on the very concept of immigration in search of freedom, a country who defines itself as a “melting pot” of diversity, and whose history is filled with the valuable contributions of persons from other countries to it’s society. Ultimately, America is it’s people, ALL of it’s people and the unity and the land we should all work to protect from the multinational corporate interests who seek to rape it for profit and who seek to divide us to contain control. All Americans should remember that, united, we have the power to restore our country’s land and to reset it’s course to it’s original intention of a land where all who are willing are welcome, where opportunity and growth are possible and our government truly works for the good of it’s people.

Let's Talk

It's time for a new conversation about immigration in America, and it starts with us.
