My name is Eric Schuster and this is my American way. I remember once as a child I was sitting at the kitchen table with my mom (who was born in America, but her first language is Spanish and her parents were both undocumented immigrants from Mexico) and we were having breakfast. I told her that if I were to ever to make the olympic’s I would want to play for the Mexican National team so I can do my country of origin proud. However she proposed a very valid question. What has Mexico done for me and what has America done for me? Although I do love Mexico, and consider residing there in the future, everything I have in my life thus far is thanks to America. Of course I realize there are several flaws in American legislation and there are plenty of twisted laws preventing people from enjoying the rights of our country, but to an extent, this country does have about everything a person could ask for.
