DACA has helped almost 1 million young Americans become full participants in their communities for the past seven years. Now, the Trump administration is trying to take that away. We cannot let this happen. We must use our voices to protect our community and to let everyone know that #HomeIsHere.
On November 12, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral arguments on the legality of the Trump administration’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, blocking new DACA-eligible Americans from applying and impacting thousands of youth.
We need to show up for everyone–for our family members who are undocumented, for friends and colleagues who are in limbo with TPS, DED, and other temporary statuses and for DACA recipients. As we fight for DACA and lift up the stories of our DACAmented community, we stand with all, no matter their status.
Take the #HomeIsHere pledge and we will send you tools to tell your story and uplift other people’s stories about why #HomeIsHere and why we’re fighting for a home for all.
